{portrait | family | holland | los angeles}

When Sara asked me if I would be willing to shoot at the LA County Fair, I jumped on the opportunity! I have been dying to shoot at a carnival for a while! We made it just in time too, on the last day of the LA County Fair. In the crowdedness we found some great images and the kids had a fantastic time. The kids (and mom and dad) were such troopers and we all had a fun time and got some wonderful images!

{portrait | family | griffin | santa monica}

The Griffins and I thought Santa Monica pier would be a fun summer session to start off their family session for this year. The fun rides, cotton candy, pinwheels and bright colorful background along with the ocean made for a fun setting. I have been photographing the Griffins for a few years now and it is amazing to see how fast the kids are growing. It has been a blast watching them grow and having the chance to photograph them, not only every year, but several times a year. Hope you guys enjoyed the pier and had a great time. Can’t wait for the next session, it is gonna be a crazy fun one!

{40's inspired shoot | wedding| styled shoot | beverly hills}

You guys remember the post we did on our feature on Green Wedding Shoes a couple weeks ago, if you didn't get a chance then check it out now. Here are a few more images from the shoot. I can't describe how happy this lovely styled shoot made me. It was my dream wedding. I even tried to get Aldo to marry me right then and there, lol. Needless to say he wasn’t going for it, lol.

So much thought and detail went into this fabulous shoot from the coca-cola station, to the game lounge, the love notes to the couple, the vintage floral containers, not to mention the styling of the beautiful couple! And it all turned out more fabulous than I could have ever dreamed up!

I adore the details, plus I got to work with some of my favorite people. The vintage picnic and games was a stunning idea by A Stunning Affair and the florals by Peony and Plum, oh my goodness, the florals were breathtaking. Found Rentals was so generous in collaborating with us. For those who haven't been to her warehouse, be careful, it is a little slice of heaven and very easy to get taken in by all the amazing finds. NunnBetter Design did an amazing job, as always, styling the couple. So elegant, classic and a perfect fit for the theme. A big thanks to Winnie Couture for the gorgeous dress, Kutting Room and Makeup by Grace for making our models even more beautiful! How adorable is the cake from Fantasy Frosting! It was such an honor to work with such a fabulous and talented team. Thanks everyone for your hardwork.
