{loves me | loves me not}

Loves me: my cloths are falling off. WHOOO HOOOO. Why is that good, that means all my calorie counting and exercising is paying off. YAY.

Loves me not: I was going to say calorie counting, but ironically, with my iphone and myfitnesspal I don’t find it as tedious or painful anymore. I actually kinda enjoy it now. Seeing what I am eating and the progress I am making. I just hope I will continue.

Loves me: Sunday Brunch, I love heading out with the boy for a nice Sunday brunch, my favorite eggs benedict and a mimosa. YUM is it Sunday yet, lol.

Loves me not: Losing money in Vegas, but who loves that. Winning on the other hand….lol. While I love Vegas and love to play the game it still hurts when the house wins! Next time Vegas, next time!

{friday photo tip | wedding | engagement | portrait}

When talking to your photographer before your photo session, remember to discuss the details that are most important to you. No matter how talented the photographer they cannot read your mind and need a little guidance to capture everything you have envisioned.

{40's inspired shoot | wedding| styled shoot | beverly hills}

You guys remember the post we did on our feature on Green Wedding Shoes a couple weeks ago, if you didn't get a chance then check it out now. Here are a few more images from the shoot. I can't describe how happy this lovely styled shoot made me. It was my dream wedding. I even tried to get Aldo to marry me right then and there, lol. Needless to say he wasn’t going for it, lol.

So much thought and detail went into this fabulous shoot from the coca-cola station, to the game lounge, the love notes to the couple, the vintage floral containers, not to mention the styling of the beautiful couple! And it all turned out more fabulous than I could have ever dreamed up!

I adore the details, plus I got to work with some of my favorite people. The vintage picnic and games was a stunning idea by A Stunning Affair and the florals by Peony and Plum, oh my goodness, the florals were breathtaking. Found Rentals was so generous in collaborating with us. For those who haven't been to her warehouse, be careful, it is a little slice of heaven and very easy to get taken in by all the amazing finds. NunnBetter Design did an amazing job, as always, styling the couple. So elegant, classic and a perfect fit for the theme. A big thanks to Winnie Couture for the gorgeous dress, Kutting Room and Makeup by Grace for making our models even more beautiful! How adorable is the cake from Fantasy Frosting! It was such an honor to work with such a fabulous and talented team. Thanks everyone for your hardwork.

{loves me | loves me not}

Loves me: parties, I love gathering with friends for some drinks and catching up. Nothing picks me up like good times with good friends!

Love me not: omg, I can’t tell you how much I hate my allergies and the side effects of the medication I occasionally have to take to keep it under control.

{laurie + brad | wedding | orange county}

I felt so honored when Gianna of Chic Celebrations asked me if I would photograph her Dad's wedding. Well, of course I would. I love Gianna and after just a few moments with her family my heart opened to them as well. Laurie and Brad have been sweethearts for years and finally decided to have a small intimate ceremony making it official. These two are so in love and you can see it through the images. I had such a wonderful time capturing their laughs, love and tenderness. Brad and Laurie go hiking along these trails at Reef Point almost every weekend and thought it would be a delightful spot to say their "i do's". What a perfect day, with a perfect view for such a perfect couple. Even though Brad and Laurie hike here often, they couldn't get enough of the view (and the birds, they love the birds, lol). Wanting to keep it small, intimate and low key they invited their closest friends and family to the ceremony and a small reception dinner held at Patril Bistro. Heavenly Blooms created the beautiful floral arrangements that were a perfect match for this small, quiet, elegant, and classic wedding and Gianna of course stepped it up with her fabulous event coordination. Thank you so much for having us part of such a special day. We truly enjoyed the day.

{loves me | loves me not}

Loves me ... getting my hair done! There is something so exquisitely feminine and luxurious about getting my hair done! And I have to admit it puts me in a good mood all day!

Loves me not ... beer! It's just not my thing, which is really funny because it's one of Aldo's favorite things! LOL Opposites attract I guess!

Resist the urge to match! I know it's tempting and seems so easy but resist! Coordinate instead, the look will be more modern and sophisticated.
